Magic on Camera ("we", "us", "our") provides a digital service that generates personalised short videos using customer-uploaded images and artificial intelligence. Videos are delivered digitally and no physical goods are supplied.

By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service and make a purchase. By using Magic on Camera, you confirm that you have the legal right to upload the images you submit.

3. Our Service

Magic on Camera allows customers to upload images (including security camera or doorbell camera images) which are processed using AI to generate a short personalised video.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Generated videos are artistic interpretations, not real footage.
• Visual realism may vary.
• The service is for entertainment purposes only.

4. User Content & Image Rights

By uploading images, you confirm that:

• You own the images or have permission to use them.
• The images do not infringe on any third-party rights.
• The images do not contain unlawful, harmful, or inappropriate content.

You grant Magic on Camera a limited, non-exclusive licence to use, process, store, and transform the uploaded images solely for the purpose of providing the service.

We do not claim ownership of your images.

5. Prohibited Content

You must not upload images that:

• Depict illegal activity
• Contain explicit or adult content
• Involve real people in a harmful, deceptive, or defamatory way
• Are intended to mislead, deceive, or impersonate real events

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate these rules.

6. Orders, Pricing & Payment

• Prices are displayed on the website in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
• Charges occur at the time video generation is initiated.
• All prices include GST where applicable.

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the instant and computational nature of our service:

• All sales are final once processing begins
• Refunds are not provided for change of mind
• Refunds may be issued at our discretion only if:
  • The service fails to generate a video due to a system error
  • No video is delivered

This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law regarding digital services.

8. Delivery

Videos are delivered digitally via download link or email. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on demand and processing time.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, text, and software are owned by Magic on Camera or licensed to us.

You may:

• Use your generated video for personal, non-commercial use.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the video without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• We are not liable for emotional reactions, interpretations, or misunderstandings of generated content.

11. Disclaimer

Magic on Camera videos are fictional and digitally generated. They are not real recordings and must not be presented as real surveillance or evidence.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and Australian Consumer Law applies.
